If you want to change the engine oil and filter yourself, you must complete the job by resetting the service light that has illuminated on the dashboard. To do this, follow the procedure below. Maintenance Light Reset Procedure: With the instrument cluster off, press the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously. Turn on the instrument cluster, wait 5 seconds, and release the pedals. Turn off the instrument cluster. Wait a few minutes before turning the ignition back on to check if the reset was successful.
