In this video, see the exact location of the MAP sensor in the engine of a Citroen Jumper 2.2 HDi: MAP stands for Manifold Absolute Pressure, so the sensor measures the mass of air drawn into the engine at no load. Under high engine loads, the throttle angle (via the potentiometer) defines the air mass value: In turbocharged engines, the MAP also controls the turbocharger and is referred to as the boost pressure sensor. In our Jumper, it is clearly visible in the engine bay, just behind the radiator, and below the air duct, in an easily accessible area, as the YouTuber indicates.
