Today's main steps will show you how to dismantle and replace the clutch on the Citroen Relay 2.2 HDI, as well as on the Peugeot Boxer and Fiat Ducato with the same engine. First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the front left wheel; then dismantle the front driveshaft by unscrewing all the bolts, as shown in the video. At this point, drain the engine oil, then unscrew all the bolts of the gearbox; disconnect the various supports and connections and separate the gearbox to access the clutch kit, replacing it with the new one!
