If a device in your Citroen C5 has suddenly stopped working, the first thing to do is check the status of the respective fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the small glove compartment in the lower left area of the dashboard, on the driver's side.

The second box is located in the engine compartment, protected by the plastic cover next to the air filter. Make sure to replace any faulty fuses with spares of equivalent specifications.
