Disassembly of the steering wheel airbag of a Citroen C3

Today we will see how to remove the steering wheel airbag of a Citroen C3, first generation model produced from 2002 to 2009. The steering wheel airbag is held in place by two metal tabs that keep it attached to the rest of the steering wheel. As we can see in the tutorial, in order to remove the airbag, we need to insert a small flathead screwdriver into the appropriate slots (one on the right and one on the left), located at the base of the steering wheel, to leverage the tabs and release the airbag. Once this is done, we can remove the various connections and finally remove the steering wheel airbag completely.
