Replacing Front Brake Pads on a Dacia Sandero

Replacing the brake pads is a maintenance task that can be easily done yourself; the first recommendation is to secure the vehicle once lifted, using a proper car stand or placing the wheel under the crossmember; once the vehicle is lifted and the front wheel removed, unscrew the lower fixing pin of the caliper to allow it to rotate upwards, remove the old pads, clean with appropriate spray and insert the new pads; retract the caliper piston and secure it to the relevant support by tightening the previously removed pin. Be cautious during the first braking.
