Open the bonnet and locate the washer fluid reservoir, disconnect the rubber hose from the old pump and remove any clips and safety ties. Let the residual fluid drain into a container. Disconnect the electrical connector of the pump and unscrew the pump from the reservoir; remove the pump from its housing. Insert the new pump in its place, reconnect the electrical connector, reconnect the fluid hose to the pump, then fill the reservoir with new washer fluid (of the same colour as that in the reservoir). Check that the fluid sprays correctly and that there are no leaks.
