Today, we will discover the main steps that will allow you to dismantle and replace the timing belt on the Dacia Sandero 1.2. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start by removing the engine mount; lift the vehicle and remove the lower plastic shield, then disconnect the V-belt and remove the crankshaft pulley, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the timing cover to access the toothed belt, then proceed with replacing the entire timing kit (in this case, also the water pump).
