Resetting the Service Light on a Dacia Duster

Model: Dacia Duster HS, MK 1 - Years 2010-2017

This procedure will be very useful if you service your vehicle yourself or if your trusted garage forgot to reset the light after performing the scheduled service. Remember that the light does not indicate a low oil level in the engine; it appears after a predetermined number of miles driven or days of use. This operation should be performed with all doors closed (including the bonnet and boot) and without the keys inserted: press the accelerator pedal all the way down and hold it. While holding it, press the brake pedal all the way down three times. Release the accelerator pedal and turn on the ignition: voilà! The light is gone!
