How to Reset the Media Nav on a Dacia Sandero Stepway

To reset the Media Nav system on the Dacia Sandero Stepway, go to the infotainment display, click on "settings", then click on "system", navigate to the second page, click on "system version" and note down the version of your system. Now, go to a PC, select the link provided below the video (to find the link, you need to open the video on YouTube). Clicking the link will take you to a webpage with various systems to download for different versions; find your version and click to download it. Once downloaded, extract it to a folder, open the folder until you reach the application. Take a USB stick, format it (to FAT32), copy the application onto it, and once the copying is complete, go to the car. Once in the car, start the engine and the system, insert the USB stick into the appropriate slot. As soon as the USB stick is inserted, the system will read it immediately and identify an update, so press "update" and wait for the completion with the engine and system on. Once the process is finished, the system will automatically open the main menu; finally, check if the version remains the same and if all functionalities are working well. This operation should only be performed if the system is experiencing issues, not just for the sake of it.
