In this video tutorial we can see how to replace the front brake pads in a Dacia Lodgy, following some simple steps that will allow you to work independently: the first thing to do is to lift the car using a jack and place safety stands; disassemble the front wheel and remove it from its seat. Once the wheel is removed, with a screwdriver we have to remove the spring from the brake caliper, as shown in the video. Now we have to pry into the piston, using a wrench; remove the protective caps and unscrew the screws with a No. 7 Allen key. Once the screws have been removed, we can remove the brake caliper and position it so that it does not cause discomfort while removing the pads. Once the pads have also been removed, we only have to install the new pads and reassemble everything by proceeding backwards.
