How to disassemble the fuel pump of a Dodge Journey

Model: Dodge Journey MK 1 - Years 2008-2020
Part: Fuel pump

How to disassemble the fuel pump of a Dodge Journey (Freemont)? To begin we disconnect the battery cables, then, we remove the tank from the underside of the car (we lift the car with a column bridge). Unscrew the tightening screws around the pump with a socket wrench, unscrew the large locking pin of the fuel pump with a chisel, disconnect the power supply terminals and the liquid circulation pipes. We extract the floating fuel pump from its seat with attached pieces. We mount a new pump in the tank (with all the attached parts) and we reassemble the same under the vehicle.
