Replacement of the V-belt.

Model: Dodge Caliber MK 1 - Years 2006-2012
Part: V-belt

The video shows the operation on an engine removed from its housing, but it can also be performed with the engine in position in its bay. Position the belt by threading it step by step onto the various pulleys found in the engine, following the diagram indicated in the images. Once you reach the last pulley, adjust the tensioner by rotating it counter-clockwise with the appropriate spanner. This way, you can relieve tension on the belt itself and then fit the belt into its complete position. The maintenance operation shown in the images is performed on a Dodge Caliber.
