In this video, we see how to perform a full service on a Fiat Punto 1.2 petrol: first, open the oil filler cap, then open the drain plug located under the vehicle, placing a container to collect the used oil, which will then be disposed of at an authorised centre; using a special cup for removing the filter (if possible), remove the filter, which is located right next to the sump; take care as this will also leak oil, try to direct it into the same container.

Meanwhile, change the air filter inside the engine bay by first disconnecting the inlet pipe, then unscrewing the two securing pins and lifting the entire airbox, removing the smaller pipes.

Unscrew the three screws on top and the three screws underneath, and change the filter inside, then refit the airbox. Replace the oil cap on the sump (preferably new), then top up with new oil using a funnel, and change the oil filter.

Inside the passenger footwell, you will find the pollen filter, where the cover is held by a tiny screw; change the filter after cleaning the compartment of dirt and debris, and close the cover. Now start the vehicle for a minute and check the oil level.
