In this video, learn how to dismantle the differential assembly on a Fiat 500. Use a screwdriver to remove (if necessary) the sleeves, caps, and flanges from the previously dismantled driveshaft, then clamp the differential in a vice to remove the bolts attached to it. After removing the bolts, open the differential by levering with a screwdriver.

Finally, inspect the individual parts (replace any damaged ones), clean them thoroughly, and reassemble everything.

Refit the assembly with all attached parts onto your vehicle.
