How to disassemble the external rearview mirror of the Fiat Punto

In the following mini guide dedicated to those of you who own a second edition Fiat Punto, we will describe all the steps you need to take if you intend to independently disassemble one of the external rearview mirrors. First of all, get into the car and remove the small protective cap located in the lower area of the mirror cover. Then unscrew the screw with a small crosshead screwdriver. Once you have done this, also remove the rubber of the adjustment lever and then remove the protective cover. Finally, use a small pair of pliers to remove the cable guide and go outside to disassemble the rearview mirror.
