Replacing the cabin air filter is certainly a maintenance task you can do yourself, and for this model, the process is extremely easy; the filter is located on the passenger side, just behind the glove compartment door: simply open the door, remove the end stops on both sides of the compartment to fully swing it down; at this point, access the filter seat and remove the cover to extract the old filter, clean any dirt residues, and insert the new filter following the airflow direction indicated by the arrows; installing an activated carbon filter is certainly a great option.

To replace the rear light and bulbs on a Ford Focus 2000/2004, first, open the tailgate of the boot. This gives access to the screw that holds the rear light in place.
