In this guide we will see the instructions that will allow us to solve the malfunction related to the Hill Holder system and ESP of the Fiat 500. Before proceeding with any repairs, let's disconnect the battery terminals (positive and negative), keeping it disconnected for a few minutes; in this way we will perform a reset of the control unit.

If the problem persists, then we will check the operation of the brake pedal switch, which usually causes the malfunction of the Hill Holder system; replace it if necessary with the new original one.
