To replace the battery in a Fiat 500L, open the bonnet and locate the battery in the engine bay. If present, remove the plastic cover. For safety, disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal.

Unscrew the bracket or support that secures the battery in place. Once free, carefully remove it. Insert the new battery into the same housing and secure it with the bracket.

Reconnect the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal, ensuring the connections are tight. Replace any covers, close the bonnet, and start the vehicle to check that everything is functioning correctly.
