How to Replace the Clutch on a Fiat Ducato

To replace the clutch on a Fiat Ducato II, lift the vehicle and secure it on axle stands. Disconnect the battery and remove any components that obstruct access to the gearbox. Drain the gearbox oil and disconnect the drive shafts, linkages, and connectors attached to the gearbox. Support the engine with an appropriate stand and unscrew the gearbox supports. Remove the gearbox by separating it from the engine until you can access the clutch assembly. Unscrew the clutch flywheel and remove the disc, pressure plate, and release bearing. Check the condition of the flywheel and replace if necessary. Install the new clutch kit, ensuring the disc is centred. Reattach the gearbox, reconnect all components, refill the gearbox oil, and check for proper operation with the engine running.
