Removing EGR Valve from Fiat 1.3 MultiJet and Opel Corsa

Model: Fiat Punto MK 3, Punto EVO, 199, Grandepunto - Years 2005-2018

In this video, you will see how to remove the EGR valve from Opel engines (including the Corsa, 1.3 MultiJet) and Fiat diesel engines (1.3 MultiJet). First, make some space by removing the air filter along with the entire airbox: also disconnect the intake duct by unscrewing the relevant clamp. After removing the first part of the duct, completely remove the intake manifold: disconnect the connector located next to it. Now, remove the two water pipes located further forward and unscrew the relevant clamps. At this point, you will have access to the EGR valve: take care with the gaskets.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
