Oil Filter Replacement on Fiat Grande Punto

Model: Fiat Punto MK 2, 188 - Years 1999-2011

To replace the oil on a Fiat Grande Punto, follow these steps. Lift the car on a jack and remove the bolt from the oil sump; allow the fluid to drain into a container. Open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front bonnet and secure it. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the large securing bolt of the container cap where the oil filter is located. Remove the worn oil filter and install a new one. Lower the car and top up with new oil, then close the front bonnet.
