How to Remove the Thermostat from a Fiat 500

Open the front bonnet of the car, remove the engine cover (unscrew the securing screws), and take out the battery with its tray. Unscrew the screws on the thermostat hose cap (use a socket wrench with the appropriate sockets), pull off the sealing cap, and extract the thermostat from its mounting seat. Once removed, replace it with a new one, close the compartment with the cap, and tighten all securing bolts with all its parts. Ensure that the thermostat is correctly inserted and mounted in the appropriate housing. Refit the tray and battery, then replace the engine cover.
