Fiat Ducato - Video tutorial

Model: Fiat Ducato - Years 1981-1994
Part: Oil filter
Operation: Replacement of oil and oil filter on Fiat Ducato

Run the engine for several minutes so that the circulating oil heats up and thus becomes less viscous, favoring its subsequent leakage. Don't overdo it otherwise the parts you are going to work on will get hot. Go to work under the engine compartment, as shown in the video. First of all, unscrew the oil filter with the special adjustable filter unscrew wrench, but if you do not have it you can work with other tools, for example with a large pliers. Obviously, prepare a container in which to collect the oil and unscrew the drain bolt. Measure the amount of oil drained, screw in the new filter and load the same amount from the oil compartment in the bonnet.
