How to Replace the Steering Wheel of a Fiat 600

Learn how to replace the steering wheel of a Fiat 600 from above the mounting shaft. Insert a screwdriver at the sides of the steering wheel to remove the plastic covers that conceal the securing screws. Use a socket spanner to undo the bolts at the sides of the steering wheel, then pull the steering wheel off the steering shaft. For reassembly: connect the power connector, then insert the steering wheel onto the steering shaft to lock it in place. Press down with your hands, then tighten the securing screws located at the sides. Close the sides of the steering wheel with the plastic covers.
