Replacing Brake Pads and Discs on a Fiat Panda

Let's look at replacing the brake disc and associated pads on a Fiat Panda. Lift the car to a comfortable working height, unscrew the bolts with a socket wrench or air drill, and remove the wheel. Next, start unscrewing the bolts of the brake caliper to detach it from the bracket. Use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Now remove the caliper bracket and unscrew the bolts on the brake disc (using a Torx screwdriver), then pull the disc towards you to remove it from the wheel hub. Fit the new brake disc with all the associated bolts. Before refitting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper and tighten the bolt. Test the vehicle's braking after reassembly.
