Brake Pad Replacement

Model: Fiat Panda 169, MK 2 - Years 2003-2012

Lift the vehicle on appropriate axle stands and remove the front wheel; then locate the brake caliper retaining bolt and unscrew it to lift the caliper and extract the old pads. Using a C-clamp, compress the caliper pistons to insert the new pads and reposition the caliper, tightening the retaining bolt. Pump the brake pedal until it offers the correct resistance to ensure the pistons apply the right pressure on the pads; be cautious during the initial braking.
