To remove the rear light on a Fiat Panda, open the boot lid to access the screws along the seal. Once these screws are loosened, you can remove the light from its housing; before fully detaching it, disconnect the relevant connector.

At this point, you can replace the bulbs or install a new light unit. Ensure it is connected to the connector first, then secure it back into its housing using the previously removed bolts.
