First you have to work with the engine of our car off, and with the handbrake on. We open the hood of the luggage compartment; helping us with a lever we have to remove the plastic that is around the rear light. Unscrew the screws with a hexagonal Allen key; once the screws have been removed, we can, with the help of the lever, detach and remove the rear light from its housing. At this point we can see that there is a power cable; disconnect the power cable. Let's take the new lighthouse that we will need to replace the old one. Let's go back to assemble all the components. Once all the parts have been fitted, turn on the vehicle and test the correct operation of the rear light.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise.
