When a cylinder head gasket fails, it is usually better to replace it, but sometimes its cost can be even higher than that of the entire car, so in such cases, it is worth repairing it, and a sealing liquid can work well for this. Once you have drained the coolant from the radiator, clean the cooling system with a cleaning product, add water while keeping the engine off, and then add the sealing liquid, bleeding the air from the system.

The timing belt and the engine block have two reference marks that must align perfectly before removing the belt. This guide mainly shows the cleaning of the block surface after having flattened the head.
