Operation: How to remove the cylinder head of a Fiat Panda

Let's see how to remove the cylinder head of a Fiat Panda. To begin with: remove the oil rod, disassemble the aeration box and all its components (with socket wrench). We disconnect all the terminals that bring electricity to the engine glow plugs with needle nose pliers. Remove the various wiring present on the head (disconnect the metal clamps of the various pipes and the various power supply terminals with pliers). We unscrew all the pins on the engine head with a socket wrench or electric screwdriver; let's remove it together with the gasket. We reassemble everything by proceeding backwards (we use a special adhesive).
