Want to remove the steering wheel airbag from the Fiat 500? Enter the cabin and see how to dismantle the airbag. Disconnect the battery terminals, then remove the plastic covers under the steering wheel.

Insert the removal keys into the slots at the back of the steering wheel and release the clips until the airbag is free. Once the airbag is detached, disconnect its power connectors and remove it from the steering wheel.

Unscrew the nut in the centre, then remove the steering wheel if you wish to take it off. Connect the airbag power connector and press it back onto the steering wheel.
