To cancel the service light on the vehicle, follow these steps: open the driver's door, access the cabin, and turn on the ignition (do not start the engine). Then, press the accelerator pedal fully down three times in quick succession and release it completely.

At this point, turn off the ignition and the oil change warning will be cancelled. To verify that the oil service warning has indeed been cleared, simply turn the ignition back on.
