How to Fit Spark Plugs in Your Car

Model: Fiat Punto 176, MK 1 - Years 1993-1999
Part: Spark plugs

The spark plugs of a car are very important components of the ignition system and are part of the ignition organs of the internal combustion engine. To maintain maximum efficiency, spark plugs should be cleaned every 10,000 miles and replaced every 20,000.
To determine which spark plugs to fit in your car, check the owner's manual. To change them, first disconnect the high-tension leads connecting them to the distributor and clean the area around the spark plugs. Unscrew the spark plugs using the appropriate tool, and before installing the new ones, check that there is the correct gap between the electrodes.
