To replace the timing belt on a Fiat 500, open the bonnet and access the left side of the engine block, where the pulleys and the belt are located. To remove the belt, loosen the nuts securing the central pins of the pulleys to reduce the tension, allowing the belt to be extracted from its housing. Once removed, insert a new spare part by tightening the central pins of the pulleys and ensuring all installed parts are functioning.
