Turbo Gasket Replacement

The turbo gasket kit also includes new studs and oil to be added to the variable geometry to ensure lubrication on first start-up, before the oil pump can pressurise the system. Start with the flange gasket that connects to the lubrication for the variable geometry; fill the variable geometry with clean oil while rotating the turbo; connect the eyelet fitting with the new copper washers; apply the new gasket and the intake manifold, and repeat the process on the exhaust manifold, also installing the studs to which the exhaust will be connected, securing with new nuts.
