All the new generation cars are equipped with the so-called diagnostic socket: this is the OBD II interface which allows you to carry out a diagnostic check of any fault codes stored by the various control units with the aid of an appropriate diagnostic tool; this standard was introduced in the mid-nineties and for older cars it is necessary to use an adapter cable to connect the standard diagnostic socket to the three-pole one of the car in question; once the connection between the three-pole socket and the standard one has been made with the appropriate cable, power the socket itself and connect the diagnostic tool, select the brand and model and read the fault codes; if after the eventual cancellation they reappear then it is necessary to deepen by reading the relative parameters.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
