How to Replace the Front and Rear Speakers of the Fiat Grande Punto

To replace the front speakers of the Fiat Grande Punto, start by removing the front door panels: take a small flathead screwdriver and insert it into the small slot on the window switch to remove it, disconnect the two connectors (window switch and mirror adjustment), then use the screwdriver to remove the rear cover of the internal handle, unscrew the screw with a 5 mm Allen key, unscrew the two screws behind the door handle using a 5 mm Allen key, and unscrew the 4 cross-head screws under the door panel. Use a forked pliers to pry between the panel and the door, detach the panel from the clips, and when it is free, lift it and remove the door handle cord first with a screwdriver and then by hand. Once the door panel is removed, unscrew the screws holding the speaker to the bracket, disconnect the wiring of the old speaker. A "crossover" (a component that divides sound frequencies, optimising performance and protecting the speakers) has been added in the video, which is fixed to the door; connect the wiring of the new speaker (also connecting it to the crossover as per the instruction manual), secure the new speaker with the screws from the old speaker and reattach the door panel by reversing the disassembly procedure. Perform the same operation for the right door. To replace the rear speaker, remove the rear door panel; perform the same operation as for the front, except there are 2 cross-head screws at the bottom of the panel and you need to remove the window winding handle clip with a small flathead screwdriver instead of the front electric switch. After removing the rear panel, unscrew the 4 screws of the speaker, disconnect the wires, take the new speaker, connect it, and screw it to the bracket. Once the new speaker is mounted, reattach the door panel using the reverse procedure compared to disassembly and perform the same operation for the right door.
