Fiat Panda - Video tutorial

Model: Fiat Panda MK 2, 169 - Years 2003-2012
Part: Tail light
Operation: How to replace the rear light connector of a Fiat Panda 169

In this video tutorial we can see how to replace the rear light connector of a Fiat Panda 169. If you have noticed that the brake and arrow lights come on together, it is probably due to a false contact, or the light connector could to be burned; in order to replace the connector, you have to buy a new one from an auto parts dealer, or you can get it, a used but working one from a junkyard. Remove the taillight using a cross screwdriver; once the rear light has been removed, use a flat tip screwdriver to detach the connector from its seat (give a push by pushing the clip inwards); once the connector has been disconnected, we must check if the contacts have burned out; if the contacts of the external connector are burnt, replace the connector. Connect the wires one by one, following the diagram, as shown in the video, it is also recommended to use clamps to cover the wires after connecting them. Once all the wires have been joined, plug the connector into its housing and reassemble the rear light.
