How to install a parallel kit on a Fiat Ducato campervan.
Model: Fiat Ducato
X250
- Years 2006-2014
In this video, we see how to install a battery isolator on a Fiat Ducato camper van. What is a battery isolator used for? It is used to control the charge of two batteries, especially in campers where there is a primary battery and one for various uses. In this case, we see that one cable goes to the starter battery and the other to the service battery. The blue cable goes to the engine battery, passing through the passenger side storage compartment (which must be removed beforehand). We pass it under the dashboard and through the passenger side step, where there is a hole for other cables to pass through. We take it from underneath and guide it through various pre-existing holes to keep it in position.

Replacing Timing Belt on Qashqai 1.5 DCI
The timing belt is a vital component and one of the most important elements of the engine. Neglecting it puts the engine's very life at serious risk. If it breaks, it can cause very serious and costly damage to the entire engine. The belt should be replaced (along with pulleys and water pump) at intervals recommended by the manufacturer, generally every 100,000 or even 120,000 miles or 5 years. The material it is made from naturally deteriorates over time, similar to tyres. For the specific Nissan model with the Nissan/Renault 1500 DCI engine, the Achilles' heel is the bearings, which are subject to premature wear. The manufacturer recommends replacing them during the first timing belt/pulley replacement. by ScegliAuto More videos
