No Need to Replace the Indicator Stalk on the Fiat Grande Punto

The issue with the indicator stalk on the Grande Punto is quite common, and mechanics and the manufacturer suggest replacing it. However, this intervention costs nearly £200, while this operation only requires a few pounds for a can of electrical cleaner. Various forums indicate that this operation is successful in almost all cases. It's worth a try. So: unscrew the six Torx screws beneath the steering wheel and slightly move the trim. Carefully remove the surround around the indicator lever. Most likely, there will be a top tab that will break, but this won't be noticeable upon reassembly. Blow compressed air to remove dirt that has accumulated at the base of the lever and spray generously with the electrical reactivator you purchased (£6.50 from OBI, the same one in the video). Now reassemble everything, and you will see that it all works.

To adjust the brightness of the instrument cluster on a Peugeot 3008, you need to turn on the ignition and access the settings via the menu located in the central area of the dashboard.
