How to Properly Install the Fuel Pump Seal on a Fiat Panda 900 Tank?

In this video, we see how to install the seal of the pump on a Panda 900: the YouTuber recommends checking how the old pump was mounted, taking a photo or marking the tank with a marker. First, fit the seal around the pump, then insert the pump into the tank; lubricate around the mouth of the pump and also the seal. Next, secure the seal by aligning the lip with the circumference of the tank. Place the pump in the correct orientation (as it was previously mounted), then push the pump down, alternating sides and ensuring the seal does not fall into the tank and does not fold or crease inwards. If this happens, it is necessary to pull the pump out and repeat the process. Then screw on the retaining ring, tightening it as much as possible by hand or with the adjustment bracket.
