Fiat Panda - Video tutorial
Model: Fiat Panda
141, MK 1
- Years 1980-2003 The video describes the various steps to replace the rear shock absorbers in a Fiat Panda model 141. It starts with removing the wheel and then unscrewing the shock absorber bolt with a 19mm wrench. To facilitate the operation, the suspension must be slowly lifted. The nut and washer are kept for reuse with the new shock absorber, but the rubber bushing must be replaced as it tends to crumble over the years. Now unscrew the upper nut with a 19mm ratchet wrench. Here too, the washer and nut must be kept and the rubber bushing should be replaced as it is likely to be rotten. At this point, all that remains is to install the new shock absorbers by following the same steps but in reverse.
