To replace the rear brake pads on a Fiat 500, lift the car using a jack or ramp so that the corresponding wheel is not in contact with the ground. At this point, loosen the bolts securing the wheel to the hub and then remove it. This will allow you to access the corresponding brake caliper, which can be detached from the brake disc by removing the appropriate pin. The pads inside can then be replaced with new replacement parts, and all removed components can be reassembled.
