To replace the bulb in the lower fog light mounted along the lower edge of the bumper, the best solution is to remove the light from its housing: first, unscrew the three screws securing the frame that houses the light and remove it from the bumper complete with the light; then unscrew the cap located behind the fog light, disconnect the bulb's power connectors, release the retaining spring, and remove the old bulb.

Insert the new bulb, securing it with the retaining spring and reconnecting the connectors; then reverse the process to reattach the light to the bumper.
