In this video, you will see how to repair a flat tyre on a Fiat 500X: the tyre repair kit can get you home quickly and safely. It is located in the boot, under the load floor.

Find a safe, level area, turn on the hazard lights, and pull the handbrake. The valve stem of the flat tyre should be close to the ground, then place the kit on the ground near the valve, push the sealant bottle into the dedicated holder of the compressor, unscrew the valve stem, remove the filling hose, and tighten the connector onto the tyre valve.

Then connect the kit to the power socket in the centre console and start the engine, then start the compressor; the air and sealant will inflate the tyre. Check the recommended pressure from the manufacturer on the label on the driver's door frame. (If the pressure does not hold after 15 minutes, disconnect the compressor from the valve, meaning the tyre is too damaged).

Drive the vehicle for 5 miles and check the pressure again. Drive carefully to the nearest tyre shop, at a maximum speed of 50 mph.
