How to Replace Brake Drum and Shoes

Remove the protective cover from the hub and take off the nut, then dismantle the drum using the appropriate puller. Remove both shoes from the support.

If they are stuck, tap them lightly with a hammer. Unscrew the brake screws and remove all parts.

Clean all brake components thoroughly from rust, mud, and deposits. Prepare the new linings, lubricate the drum well, and install it. Install the return springs.

Install the brake cable. Refit the remaining springs in their positions.

Ensure the components move freely. Refit the drum after cleaning it thoroughly with a deoxidising spray and check its proper functioning by pulling the handbrake cable.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
