To carry out this simple operation, you will need a tool that allows you to lever without visibly damaging the trim around the glove compartment. You can use a plastic lever to unclip the clips securing the glove compartment. Once the clips are released, proceed to remove the faulty glove compartment and continue with the installation of the new one. Simply retrace the steps described in reverse for reassembling the various components removed, including the rod behind the flap.
