Replacing the Front Headlamp Bulb on the Ford Kuga

If the front headlamp bulb on the Ford Kuga burns out, it must be replaced as soon as possible for safety. Open the bonnet, stand in front of the headlamp containing the bulb to be changed, unscrew the top screw, disconnect the connector, remove the body panel beneath the headlamp, and release the two levers under the headlamp to remove it. Once the headlamp is removed, access the rear where you will remove the plastic cover to reach the bulb.

Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the bulb and extract it. Replace it with a new H7 bulb, secure the connector with the screws, replace the cover, and reassemble the headlamp by reversing the steps.
