Opening the Bonnet of the Ford Kuga MK1

If you need to work inside the engine bay of the Ford Kuga, follow these steps to open the bonnet. Stand in front of the grille, rotate the Ford badge in the centre of the grille to the left, and you will find a lock.

Take the remote control that opens and closes the doors; on one side, there is a lever. Move this lever to extract the metal pin. Insert the pin into the lock and turn it to the left; you will hear the bonnet pop up. Now, turn the pin to the right while holding it in place and lift the bonnet, securing it with the prop rod.
